This directory contains annotations related to coding sequence analyses

* grch37.coding_sequence.bed: bed12 file defining the coding sequence of grch37 canonical transcripts. Note: this file is not required for any Dig analysis, but is provided for completeness.

* grch37.CGI_activating_snvs.txt.gz: SNVs known to activate driver genes when the occur somatically. Obtained from the Cancer Genome Interpreter.

* grch37.missense_CADD_15.txt.gz: All possible missense SNVs in GRCh37 canonical transcripts with CADD phred score <15.
