Geometric Sketching

Geometric sketching finds random subsamples of a dataset that preserve the underlying geometry, which is described in the paper “Geometric sketching compactly summarizes the single-cell transcriptomic landscape” by Brian Hie, Hyunghoon Cho, Benjamin DeMeo, Bryan Bryson, and Bonnie Berger.
